Committee Descriptions
FinanceChair: Treasurer Mark Wallenmeyer
The finance committee has oversight for the financial status of the organization. We keep the books, balance the checking account and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for purchases and expenses.

Nominations and ElectionsCo-Chairs:
Christy Bailey-Byers and Christopher Metsgar The nominations and elections committee is charged with working with the membership to talk to them and get volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors.

MembershipCo-Chairs
Kevin Dean and Dani Cook The membership committee is responsible for maintaining the membership list as well as recruiting new members.

ConferenceCo-Chairs:
Dani Cook and Kevin Dean The conference committee is responsible for designing the curriculum for the annual conference of NN2. This includes working with the Board of Directors to get speakers, work with the hotel to set conference space, set the menu for the conference and solicit vendors for the meeting.

WebsiteChair: Mark Wallenmeyer
The website committee is responsible for maintaining content on the website and keeping the board members aware of any changes to the website.

Social MediaChair: Lacie Couzin
The social media committee is responsible for all social media content across all platforms. All content should be brought to the board and approved, or you may be instructed from the board to add something.

External RelationsChair: Christy Bailey-Byers
The external relations committee is responsible for communication to our external organizations, such as CAAHEP, HPN and other organizations.

Operations and BylawsChair: Teddy Farias
The operations and bylaws committee is responsible for oversight of the operations and bylaws manuals for NN2 and make recommendations to the board of directors for any changes that may need to be made.

AwardsCo-chairs:
Don Martin and Kevin Dean The awards committee is responsible for any award that NN2 has and making recommendations to the Board of Directors for nominations. The committee is also responsible for researching any new awards that they deem appropriate and make that recommendation to the board.
